The first step in this setup is sculpting desired shape from Plasticine clay. The image on the right side is the fully painted object made of dried plaster.

Latex mold was applied to Platicine sculpture. Five to Six layers with sawdust in the grooves gave the mold a flexible cast that was durable enough to hold the shape of the object while removing the five hard plaster sculptures.

The mother mold was built in three pieces which enabled the solid structure castings of the plaster mold to be removed. The latex mold was used five times for the repetition of the cast pieces.
